TownCenter Partners, LLC lead Asset Manager is Mr. Roni A. Elias. Prior to joining TownCenter Partners, Mr. Elias worked in litigation cases reaching over $9.5 Billion Dollars in Recovery. While at his previous firm, Mr. Elias managed a real estate portfolio of over $250 Million. Mr. Elias received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from NSU, MBA from Ashworth, JD from FAMU College of Law & LLM from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Mr. Elias holds multiple real estate licenses in Florida, DC, VA and holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Mr. Elias is a long time member of the International Shopping Center Association. Mr. Elias has been published in multiple law review journal including but not limited to NYU, Georgetown, Charlotte Law, Suffolk University School of Law, Trinity Law Review, DePaul Law, Thurgood Marshall Law, Tulsa Law, American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Law Review and more. Mr. Elias is a current officer of the Federal Bar Association, ADR Division & Federal Bar Association, Health Law. Mr. Elias is a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS).
Mark L., Esq.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois with a major in Security/Risk Management and a minor in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School and an MBA from Dominican University in Finance and Marketing. Mark has taught Business Law and Ethics at Dominican University’s Graduate School of Business. He has also been a professor at The University of Phoenix’s Chicago Campus teaching employment law and risk management. Mark is a Certified Mediator, Arbitrator, Facilitator and Executive Coach.
Mark began his career as a Private Detective before moving into the Insurance Industry where he ran the Midwest Region of AIG’s Risk Management Claims Group. He managed a 12 person claim group that managed all claims with a value greater than $500,000. Mr. Larsen personally handled all litigation over $2 million. He started Zurich Financial Service’s Construction Claim Group which focused entirely on handling claims generated from Construction and Engineering firms. These claims were typically very complicated and involved numerous contractual issues. He managed 17 offices nationwide. He was responsible for personally managing all claims over $5 million.
Dave M. Esq.
David is a 1992 graduate of Harvard Law School, specializing in complex civil litigation. Prior to attending Harvard, David served on the staff of Senator and then Vice President Dan Quayle as a Legislative Officer and Speech Writer. While attending Harvard, David was the Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, as well as an instructor in HLS’s legal research and writing class. Following law school, David has worked in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, California and Atlanta, Georgia, handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, business litigation, securities, and employment litigation. David has represented many clients in jury trials through the appellate process and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in national class actions.

Paul B. Esq.
Paul has practiced law for over twenty years, specializing in appellate litigation in a wide variety of substantive law areas, including commercial, employment, personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, environmental, and products liability. He has briefed and argued cases at every level of the state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, where he wrote the successful cert petition and winning merits brief in Carabell v. United States Army Corps of Engineers, 547 U.S. 715 (2006). Paul is admitted to practice law in Michigan and has an A.B. degree from Brown University and a Ph.D. and J.D. from the University of Michigan. From 1995 to 1996, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Elias has an accounting degree from Baruch College with over 10 years experience in accomplishing effective tax and accounting solutions for companies and individual clients. Elias is extremely detailed oriented and well versed in all accounting systems.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. G. reviews medical malpractice claims and serious injuries at TownCenter Partners LLC. Dr. G. graduated from the American University of Integrative Sciences, School of Medicine (AUIS),and completed her residency in internal medicine from Case Western Reserve/St Vincent Charity Medical Center. Dr. G is a practicing clinician in the field of hospital medicine in multiple states in addition to serving on our advisory/consulting board at TownCenter Partners LLC.
IT Engineering Manager
Nick holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in computer science. Nick manages TownCenter propieratory systems and oversees all IT aspects of the firm. Nick previously managed a multi-office law firm IT department.
Director of Marketing
Jim has over 40 years of sales and marketing experience. His sales background includes the sale of high-tech services to Fortune 500 companies in major U.S. and International cities. He has served as the Marketing Vice President for a variety of firms with sales up to $100 million. Jim has used his design skills to produce advertisements in national magazines, brochures for his customers, packaging design, and websites that use state-of-the-art technology to present his customer’s products and services. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in History and English and is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Jim now spends some of his free time in volunteer work in his community.
Rick enjoys daily helping plaintiffs and plaintiff law firms in securing the needed documents for cases so they can be quickly reviewed. Rick has a background of over 3 years in litigation finance. Rick has an undergraduate degree in engineering he a keen eye for detail.
Associate in Training
Julia is currently a student at the University of Virginia School of Law. In addition to her legal studies, she has experience in advocating for children through public policy work, and assisting individuals in receiving legal assistance through legal aid. Julia, received her bachelor’s degree from Samford University in Human Development and Family Science and is passionate about helping others.
